Guarantee

Installations of the ACOUSTI-TRAC system, are fully guaranteed for a period of two years against defects in materials, workmanship and fabric sagging, that may create a detraction in appearance from the installation and the project in general. The installation shall also conform to and meet the specifications of the project as outlined or approved by the project Consultant or Specifier. ACOUSTI-TRAC™ acoustic, tackable and reflective panels are guaranteed for a period of two years, under normal operating and environmental conditions, against warping, twisting and fabric distortion, when installed using procedures, fasteners and adhesives recommended and approved by the manufacturer, Acoustics West Manufacturing, LTD. Installations of ACOUSTI-TRAC™ products by approved installation contractors are guaranteed for two years against installation related failures, under normal operating and environmental conditions.
